dr Brigitte O’Brien

Dr Brigitte O’Brien grew up in the south west of Western Australia before moving to Perth to undertake her studies at the University of Western Australia. She has both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees.

Dr Brigitte enjoys the human side of dentistry, connecting and getting to know patients, and making them feel comfortable in the chair. Dr Brigitte undertakes all aspects of general dentistry for her patients, including emergency treatment. She has an interest in preventative and restorative dentistry with both adults and children, and ensuring that patients feel at ease and able to communicate any issues that they may be having with their oral health.

Dr Brigitte O’Brien is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She undertakes continued professional development with ADAWA to build her knowledge and enjoys interacting with other health professionals. Dr Brigitte has spent time up in the Kimberley with the Kimberley Dental Team, providing dental services with remote communities. She also has volunteered with TIMA Tzu Chi Foundation, assisting in providing dental care to disadvantaged people within Perth.

In her spare time, Dr Brigitte loves spending time outdoors, either at the beach or running. She also plays Ultimate Frisbee in her spare time. Food and wine are also a passion for Dr Brigitte, and she enjoys reading and relaxing when not in the clinic!
